Minnesota threat will need to rely on airmass recovery as convection has trampled and cooled central MN a bit so far. This risk shouldn't be for another few 5-6 hours, so i suspect recovery will be a likelihood.

Spc upgraded middle section south to slight risk for 5-15% wind and 5% hail

Spc has slight risk out for mid plains and upper Midwest for 5% cig 1 wind and 5-15% cig 1 hail and also a 2% tornado risk

Spc has marginal risk for Arizona for 5% wind

Showers and thunderstorms are expected to develop this afternoon and evening, some of which could be strong to severe. Storms are capable of producing damaging wind gusts, hail, and a few tornadoes. A few tornadoes could be significant with up to EF-2 intensity.
