I sure hope Mayfield, Kentucky doesn’t get hit by another tornado on 4/27. That would be a cruel and ironic twist of fate if it did.

You saying this just reminded me that this December it’ll already have been 5 years since that day. It truly never ceases to amaze me at just how fast time flies…

But anyway, that would be incredibly horrific if that were to happen. That area could be in for some wild weather on Monday.

Great structure on these warned cells in OK. If you just looked at reflectivity you'd assume a tornado is imminent. Low level shear on mesoanalysis is very poor, which is why the only notable rotation in these cells are on higher tilts. If something can push that rotation down, a tornado could definitely happen.
