* At 1026 PM CDT, a confirmed tornado was located over Sheffield,
moving east at 40 mph.

HAZARD...Damaging tornado.

IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without
shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed.
Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur. Tree
damage is likely.

CDT.
St. Florian around 1035 PM CDT.

The couplet unfortunately looked pretty strong. However, I am not really trusting the radar much today. It’s been so cluttered that it’s been hard to tell what’s been going on.

Honestly think this is a weak tornado, the KGWX radar is likely side lobbing the TVS.

Other radars in the vicinity show a rather lack luster mesocyclone and this tornado is missing the obvious deep debris signature one would think it’d have especially since it’s going through a populated area.

Hoping for the best.

More QLCS supercells are trailing behind this one, and may ride its resultant boundary. Fred mentions there may have been a satellite tornado near Florence at one point.

I’m on the north side of Florence and everything is ok here. One of UNAs cams caught it. Think this is looking south toward downtown
