Severe Weather Threat May 7-10, 2024

If you go to the Columbus, MS radar; it’s just a huge void of emptiness. If something happens at 2am for the second round, I’d say that’s the happening area
 
Calling for as many responders as they can get.

However, they just stated they don't need the Ft. Payne building extraction team so it sounds like that call was for all Henager responders.

Saying they are still trying to determine what kind of units and what type they need but sounds like multiple towns are offering assistance
 
I am hoping we can avoid what's happened in North AL here in North MS.
 
Sounds like most damage is at the intersection of 75 and 40. Setting up a command post further south in Sylvania.
 
Appears to be undergoing a handoff.
 
The second storm over Scottsboro has a definite hook echo, and stronger rotation now.
