North of there? Probably. South of there? Not sure. Could also have the undesirable effect of laying down outflow boundaries to focus convection/shear later.

Yep, the media sure has a way with words. Calling obvious tornadoes "possible tornadoes" or "tornado warned storms"... or whatever they see fit.
