You make a good point, UncleJuJu98. While following rules and guidelines is certainly an important aspect of being a responsible member of an online community, it is also important to consider the context in which those rules and guidelines are being applied. In some cases, conforming to a particular group or set of beliefs can lead individuals to break rules or violate norms that are considered to be important within a broader context.A conformist or a follower of the rules. They are two different things. A conformist could break the rules if they are conforming to a group of individuals who follow their own rules and have an issue with authority.I always follow the rules and guidelines. I'm a conformist.
Ultimately, the key is to strike a balance between following rules and guidelines while also remaining true to one's own values and beliefs. By engaging in discussions and debates with others in a respectful and constructive manner, it is possible to find common ground and foster an environment in which diverse perspectives and opinions can be heard and respected.
