The tornado in Liberty had a very short path as if it was targeting only the school parking lot where it stacked two cars onto two other cars, making the headline pic on the Greenville News newspaper. There's a discrepancy between this F0 rating and the past climate data which has it as an F1 which IIRC was what the newspaper reported. Here's the info from the tornado section of Past Climate Data from the NWS GSP office:

F1 TORNADO 1424 LT 2007-01-05
Counties: PICKENS-SC
From 1 SE LIBERTY (SC) To 1 SE LIBERTY (SC)
Fatalities: 0 Injuries: 15
Path Length: 0.1 Miles Width: 20 Yards

This is particularly interesting because not only does the Kenosha EF1 add to Wisconsin's "snow tornado" list, but the same supercell produced an EF3 tornado beforehand. Two of Wisconsin's three January tornadoes on record occurred on this date (the other being an F3 in January 1967).

Damage from the Wheatland EF3; this tornado honestly seems like an EF4 candidate to me given at least one well anchored house was leveled, though it may have had construction flaws I'm not aware of.
