Hurricane Typhoon Kammuri headed towards The Philippines

Kammuri, referred to as Tisoy in The Philppines, is headed directly towards the country. Currently almost stationary and the equivalent of a Category 1 hurricane, is projected to grow to a Category 3 equivalent and impact metro Manilla after landfall.
