Surpassing the EURO and GFS forecast intensity at this time and the models show the surface pressure getting lower.

I saw on tropicaltidbits the pressure got down to 917mb. It has since gone slightly up to 920mb.

Late to the party, but here it is interacting with TD Gardo:

I was surprised at how much this interaction with such a weak system messed up "Henry" (in Philippines area of responsibility)/Hinnamnor.

The Big H is still with us, with sustained winds of 102 mph and somewhat stronger gusts per the Philippines Inquirer. (JMA currently reports max wind speed 85 knots near center and max gusts 120 knots.)

It's intensifying again and now headed for the Korean Peninsula and the Sea of Japan. :(

945 hPa per JMA current update. (Still can't bring up JTWC on this phone.) They don't foresee much strengthening and forecast extratropical transition on the 7th.
