Is anyone in the Shelby County, AL area having issues with calling out or receiving calls?? I'm not sure if it's a tower problem or my IPhone 6 is tired...

I can text, use my home wifi on my phone but I can't receive calls in or out. If the tower was having issues, I couldn't text could I?
The corner thingy where it shows my bars shows, 3 bars then extended service and then no service...UGH!!

Or....are the Russians and North Koreans messing with me??
