I Found this video on YouTube which shows extremely violent damage from the 2005 Muitos Capões tornado. Skimming through this I believe this was undoubtly an F4. View attachment 46781View attachment 46782View attachment 46783View attachment 46779
While 10/4/13 is notorious for the Moville, IA EF4, on my side of the river in Clonfert, County Galway, this rather impressive (and significant) tornado took place. The tornado uprooted large, and "fairly old" trees, and a toddler would thankfully avoid being injured as a tree fell right onto her room, collapsing in the roof. I couldn't find any official rating for this tornado unfortunately, but I would estimate it's between the EF1-EF2 range at least.
Dunno if this has been posted before, and technically it isn't a true tornado, but this dust devil in Germany several years ago is surprisingly intense.
There was a tornado that hit suburban Paris on Monday apparently. Killed one person and did decent damage. Lots of footage of it.

One dead and 10 injured as sudden tornado hits Paris suburbs
A 23-year-old construction worked has been killed after a tornado tore through Val-d'Ois, north of Paris, on Monday, toppling three construction cranes.www.bbc.com
Sorry to double post, but here's an interesting and practically undocumented international tornado event I came across. Naturally, this came to my attention when I was searching for footage of a completely unrelated tornado... it seems to have touched down somewhere outside of Ladybank, Fife, Scotland on July 16, 2011. It may have been a cold air funnel or waterspout over River Tay. But other than that... I can't find *any* information whatsoever on this tornado. The ESWD has no record of it, and I can't find any news article about it. TORRO might have something (@TornadoesUK @picturesoftrickery @WeathermanLeprechaun or any of our other contributors from the UK and Ireland might be able to check?) but my hopes aren't high tbh. Anyhow, here's some footage of it.
I'm betting some models underplayed the amount of low level shear because the environment wouldn't necessarily support a strong tornado imo if I showed some soundings in the area. Not too surprised by rating, very classic surprise sigtor for Europe in the Fall/Winter.Paris metro tornado has been rated IF2.
Definitely deserves the rating too. I saw pics showing a few houses with total loss of their roofs.I'm betting some models underplayed the amount of low level shear because the environment wouldn't necessarily support a strong tornado imo if I showed some soundings in the area.
