I'd say it qualifies.
June's that have had 3+ Moderate Risks: 2017 (3), 2014 (7), 2013 (3), 2010 (6), 2009 (3), and 2008 (7). 2014 was the last.

Some parts of Indiana and KY that got hit earlier today by significant damaging winds of 80mph got hit again this evening by 80mph winds! Wow, such a crazy day for them!

The area from Evansville, IN to Owensboro, KY gets slapped hard again tomorrow on the HRRR and NAM nest. They are also at odds to get severe weather on Saturday and Sunday. The Ohio Valley is getting smacked.
