I'm going to be sick. Every update out of Barnsdall gets worse and worse and this storm near Gracemont on that OKC/Moore track has me very worried.

HRRR has remained insistent for several runs now that an isolated supercell south of Norman -- say Lawton to Davis -- gets going and does pretty mean things.

South of Carney is moving into a very favorable area and should be warned soon.

Southward movement to the Carney storm is not what we wanted to see. It can now get into better parameter space.

Hey, go take a few minutes and get away from your screens. Do some deep breathing or take a quick walk. Stressing out about this, when there's nothing you can do to help, isn't helpful for anyone, especially yourself. While it's important to know about damage, you don't need to experience the trauma that the people impacted and assisting are.
