Pardon my French, but holy s**t, that might be the dumbest decision I've ever seen a WFO make.

This tornado might have just wiped Barnsdall off the map, and 10 mins later they downgrade the TORE as it makes a direct hit with a pretty big town. I don't care if it's cycling or weakening, I think you have to keep the TORE.
