Tornado parameters are practically zero in this vicinity.

What’s going on is you have enhanced vertical stretching, (high LLLR) and surface vorticity (from proximity to surface low). Combined with the storm motion vector being perpendicular to the PBL wind vector, it’s no surprise this is occurring.
