Severe WX Severe Weather Threat June 6-14

Town of Bristol is about to directly get hit with no knowledge, because this office is barely even warning any of these circulations. Dropping the ball to the utmost.

JUST got warned but it probably already hit town. Hopefully very weak though

Simply unacceptable. I can understand one or two of them but the pattern should be obvious by now with these
I won’t mention the office but I know there was an issue years ago at another WFO that involved older/elderly employees forgetting to check correlation coefficient for TDS signatures due it being a relatively new product.

There could be two weak tornadoes east of town, another circulation developing barely up north. Circulation near Montpellier, IN is strong and could be down but no CC yet

I could understand that, but CC is a product that has been a thing for 11 years or so I think. This office just isn't well trained on QLCS signatures or etc, i would have to guess. Or also they want to reduce FAR like Birmingham does but that doesn't work well on QLCS tornadoes

Right, but I think it was sort of a “teaching an old dog new tricks” kind of situation and they just weren’t catching on. Might be the same deal here in Indiana.

Yeah, i can definitely see that and i would cut them some slack off it for that. Could be many reasons, but they're better than Peachtree City in this regard at least... That office is genuinely horrific with any type of tornado.
