i just got word spc is planning on upgrading to a moderate risk for wind im guessing they are confident in that mcs wind bag scenario

Mentions straight-line gusts to 105 MPH possible. Honestly I wonder if not for the (still highly conditional) supercell potential in eastern ND they would have gone with a PDS severe watch, or if they think the tornado potential with the line would still be high enough.
