So far there are 247 confirmed tornadoes. I am sure that number will go up significantly.

Ho boy, a 10% TOR risk + hatched.
Don't know if there could be any failure modes, and considering how the year has gone so far, I'm a little on edge.

I'm located smack dab in the middle of the hatched 10% risk area. I'll update here on how it goes. Wish me luck!

Been a hot minute since DFW has been in the bullseye for a risk like this. I’m hoping we can avoid the ceiling for this event (makes me glad I got the trees trimmed in January…)

I'm unsure of any failure conditions.
The storms are also shown to start coming through around 12 PM-1PM.
Right during the lunch rush.

Hopefully these morning storms shunt the tornado threat south of at least the northern half of DFW

Most likely the main threat will be south and east of DFW.

Not sure what to make of it.
One of the local news station meteos has also mentioned earlier this morning that the cap is going to be blasted off.
I hope it holds

I don't see that. The area's east and south of DFW will be more primed due to later in the day instability

I don't think I've ever seen a watch get extended from east to west with DFW

Seems like the line of storms weakened pretty fast. Conditions from Frisco TX are, very foggy with low visibility, light to moderate rain and thunder. Bad sign?

I don't really trust Nadocast, it has several times completely overstated actual tornado probabilities.
