This has got to one of the most potent severe weather setups I've seen in the short time that I've been tracking severe weather.

The 2012 Day 2 verified fairly well. It wasn't a crazy outbreak but it had a violent tornado or two.

2012 did in KS, OK/NE Atmospheric Anti-Climax but Kansas have vios all day, just hit nothing and only had like Ef1-2 ratings

The 2012 Day 2 verified fairly well. It wasn't a crazy outbreak but it had a violent tornado or two.

And both of the previous ones were significant tornado outbreaks. 4/14/2012 especially so.

I actually think the last time I saw THIS level of confidence in a major outbreak was 5/20/19. Which looked like it was going to be a historic outbreak until it wasn't, in all fairness. Still, this has room to downtrend by a lot and still be a major event...seeing literally every single run be in agreement isn't boding well.
