Severe WX Severe Weather Threat 3/14-3/16

Brett Adair is also our SkyCam vendor at North Mississippi Storm Chasers also, including one in Rolling Fork and Amory. You can view our cams at https://nmscas.org/nmsc-skycam-network/.

Working on getting a couple up in NW MS before Friday.

Seriously...with that being said, I just finished tidying up and stocking our shelter. It definitely looks like it's gonna be a bumpy weekend.
Great idea, and everyone should think about what their preparedness looks like/needs to look like before Saturday. Oh, and bike helmets! Gonna have to find mine, it's somewhere in my closet.

Yeah we need to start preparations NOW! Helmets and frankly an underground shelter if possible
Something I believe Spann had mentioned at one point: if any of y'all know you'll need to travel to get to a shelter, and don't want/aren't able to go to a shelter until relatively shortly before a threat arrives, arrange for transportation plans ahead of time. Likewise, if you know someone, a family member or community member, who might not have transportation, I would offer a ride, if you're able.

Box sounding of the NAM 3km centered roughly on Columbus, MS at 6am CDT Saturday:

I'm also seeing some broken clouds being indicated, that could enhance things after sunrise.
