Won't disagree with you at all. I use WxBell because I get it for free through an internship, but PW has it beat in pallette and convenience of use.Would definitely advocate for a better pallette for the dews for WxBell, a lil hard to make out the 60+ zone!
Imo, the graphics suck at PW lolWon't disagree with you at all. I use WxBell because I get it for free through an internship, but PW has it beat in pallette and convenience of use.
If WxBell would add point soundings and information at a point with a single click or hover, I think its usage would be a whole lot more than it is.Imo, the graphics suck at PW lol
Jason Simpson using some stronger wording as well for Saturday.
Will certainly help with figuring out Friday0z NAM is running! Should get us close to the action
I think they are mistaken with the April 28 2014 outbreakThere was some pretty bad flooding the day before if I remember correctly. In the Tennessee valley or Ohio valley one of those.
That's probably correct, with that event featuring a fairly slow-moving system that spawned severe flooding in the Florida Panhandle, and later in the Mid-Atlantic.I think they are mistaken with the April 28 2014 outbreak
What?i copy image, plz paste the image gahh
1000 j/kg can get it done with the shear has to work with. . Along aside the lowerNAM shows slightly better moisture than the EURO/GFS does for Friday, but pretty weak CAPE values (<1000 J/kg).
I tried to paste a pic of the 00z nam trough and didn't post the image. just the text, hasn't done that before :/.What?
Significantly weaker than GFS for certain, but not normal NAM-level weak. Combine that with its cold bias and this still looks pretty concerning. Then again, NAM at the end of its range is about as reliable as me rolling out of bed at the right time in the morning, so probably not too wise to read deeply into it one way or the other.NAM shows slightly better moisture than the EURO/GFS does for Friday, but pretty weak CAPE values (<1000 J/kg).
