Severe Weather 4/17/26

It might not be especially strong but Weston is on track to take a direct hit.

Wausau is basically like Kankakee IL in that it's a bunch of towns mushed together with a combined pop of a med-sized city (over 100k), Weston is basically a suburb of the city, and so yeah it's pretty populated for a hit like this.

CC drop southwest of Hatfield, WI. NROT values over 2.3. This could potentially be a strong tornado!
Hmmm... lines up well with the couplet, but also with the LP area of the storm. I guess we'll see if it follows the couplet in the next few scans.

edit: Disappeared with the next scan, so I don't think that was tornadic. However, definite TOG with the Weston storm now.

The Hatfield cell now has a fairly impressive BWER on it.
