Severe Threat August 7-9

We got a few rounds in Madison, yesterday afternoon's around 3 PM was less than expected (just grazed Madison, most of it, and the accompanying severe weather, went well to the north). However we got a small thundershower around 11 PM, then heavy thunderstorms around 5-6 AM today, then a final round just before noon.

Now there is a tornado warning for a storm approaching Dubuque, IA, not even within SPC's 20Z marginal risk contour.
