The 2024 Weather Fest is this Saturday in Huntsville on the campus of UA Huntsville from 10am-3pm. I'm going to be out of town but I have been before and enjoyed it. In the past a storm spotter training class has been offered but I don't think they are doing that this year.

Campus event organized event by the American Meteorology Society that brings the public together to educate on severe weather season. Events include experiments, tours of SWIRLL operations
