NHC & SPC redirecting/blocked for anybody else??

I keep getting this same message when trying to view SPC or NHC on any browser on my PC. It says it is blocked by the "Mcafee Web Gateway" but I dont have Mcafee . I'm getting the same message for the SPC and NHC escept the nhc says nhc.noaa.gov but same IP address.

This is at the bottom right corner of the message and a google search of 00A0D759-B578-11E2-A46C-001E675C4FD8 links me to 2 weather sites in the Netherlands??
