New weather station needed....

Well it's time. My old OS station is dying a slow death. Don't wanna break the bank but think Davis is the way to go. Need Reccos folks thanks...

I got my dad the Ambient WS-2902 as well and it is really great. Wireless range is a little better than advertised.

I have two weather stations that are the Ambient WS-2902. I have one for my house, and one at the lake. The price is great for the type of measurements you get, and it is easy to get on many websites to analyze your data. The Davis Instruments are more expensive, but you get what you pay for. They are very well built, and it updates in 2 second increments versus the 16 from Ambient. You may miss a 100 mph gust with the Ambient.
