Someone help me understand this as I don't regularly follow the NBA until after the Super Bowl. All I have heard the last few days is how the Atlanta Hawks are unloading players. Korver is going to Clevelan, Millsaps is probably going somewhere and another guy may be traded as well.
I just assumed they were having a terrible start and maybe they were jumpstarting a rebuild, but I just looked at the standings and they are in 4th place in the conference and leading their division. I know Korver and Millsaps will be free agents, but they're in the thick of the playoff race.
What am I missing?
