Give me some classic McDowell slide and I'm happy anywhere. Best blues musician of all time.

Bad Bunny was selected as this year’s Super Bowl halftime entertainment. I guess that is the second year in a row I won’t be watching the halftime show.

He's pretty decent. His "Debi Mirar Mas Fotos" track (can't remember the exact casing) is what I'm hoping he plays, although my 99% of the people in my music interests are dead so I don't really care who plays.

“Lord, remember the day you drove me from your door” is such a good line and I’m not even religious

Sorry, can't resist posting some more McDowell here, this guy is amazing.

I listen to this genre often during outbreaks; it helped with the surreal aspect of March 15.

Huntsville lost a huge local music legend yesterday with the passing of Microwave Dave. Also rough yesterday was the passing of the lead singer of 3 Doors Down, another famous Southern rock group.

Maybe a controversial take but Black Star off The Bends might just be the greatest Radiohead song. The melancholic sombre guitar in the chorus is is as close as it gets to musical perfection for me.

Can anyone recommend any Bluegrass artists to listen to? I’ve started listening to Bluegrass Music as the subject matter is a lot more relational to daily life and less overstimulating than what mainstream music has become.

I can't name bands, but the Asheville NC NPR radio station WNCW has had a great bluegrass show for decades called "Goin' across the mountain" which I listen to sometimes. Also "This Old Porch" Streaming and archives from their website HERE

Check out their other programs too like "Country Gold" and "ARC Overnight" if you care for radio shows the way they used to be.

I might be showing my young age here lol, but are any of yall tapped into modern day hip hop/RNB music? Don Toliver’s new album Octane has a phenomenal song called Secondhand and it’s a beautiful fast paced love song.

Not a genre I'm assuming 99% of people here have ever heard of.
