Here's the USGS page for it. They put the damage/fatalities estimate (PAGER) as Orange, but it's too soon to get much news online. Per CNN Espanol, some phone lines are down and power is out in some parts of distant Mexico City. It could be bad, as it was shallow; no tsunami threat to our West Coast, per Tsunami Center; ? in nearby parts of Mexico.

Power flashes are more often than not attributed to tornadoes but they're not all that uncommon with earthquakes.
