A few launches this week of interest...

Dec 4 - SpaceX Falcon 9 - CRS 19

SpaceX will launch their 19th cargo resupply mission to the International Space Station on behalf of NASA. Launch will take place from SLC-40 (Space Launch Complex) from Cape Canaveral Air Force Station, Florida. This launch was delayed from October 15th.

Dec 6 - Roscosmos Soyuz - Progress 74P

Russian space agency Roscosmos will be launching their 74th Progress cargo resupply mission to the International Space Station. This launch was originally scheduled to take place on December 20th, but was moved forward for logistics purposes.

Electron • “Running Out Of Fingers”
Launch window: Dec 6 @ 0756-0922 GMT (2:56-4:22 a.m. EST)
Launch site: Launch Complex 1, Mahia Peninsula, New Zealand
A Rocket Lab Electron rocket will launch on its 10th flight from a facility on the Mahia Peninsula on New Zealand’s North Island. The Electron rocket and its Curie upper stage will place the ALE-2 microsatellite into orbit for ALE Co. Ltd. of Japan to create human-made shooting stars by simulating re-entering meteor particles. Also on the launch are six spacecraft comprised of 5-centimeter PocketQube picosatellites from satellite manufacturer and mission management provider Alba Orbital. The mission is nicknamed “Running Out Of Fingers.” Delayed from Nov. 25 and Nov. 28. Scrubbed on Nov. 29. [Dec. 2]
