We've talked about Milton's size a good bit. Referring to ADT satellite estimates only...the radii of 75mph+ winds is now pretty similar to Helene. Still a pretty decent gap on TS force winds and overall size.
Anyone have a good source for recon estimated size of Helene's winds versus Milton's?

Why do the two independent features to the Northeast of H-Milton look on this sat loop as if they each have their own spin ups and eyes? O.O
Update: It appears that image is dynamic and updates with the latest imagery.... but perhaps some visible sat imagery could be studied.

Hey everyone, just to inform: I've been away most of the day...because I've been evacuating St. Petersburg. I have never been afraid of hurricanes before in 25 years of tracking them. I'm scared of this one. I am worried the area will be unrecognizable. I made the decision that staying wasn't feasible, and those that do stay risk their lives, not just in the storm but in the humanitarian disaster afterwards. The fact that it's back to a Cat 5 instead of weakening like the models showed earlier this morning is testament that I made the right decision.

185 mph found in the SE eye wall by the most recent dropsonde, it may not even be the strongest since it's not the NE quadrant.
