I did notice the maximum storm surge numbers were decreased slightly on the latest advisory. 9-13 feet instead of 10-15 feet:

Yah, surge is baked-in at this point. It takes days for surge to weaken, and we just don't have days for it to do so.
Worried some of the folks staying in the Tampa Bay area might see the decrease in wind speed and falsely assume it won't be so bad.
