Henri needs a thread. Latest advisory has Henri as a hurricane heading for New England, and slowing to a crawl at landfall.

A slow moving tropical system over areas that really don't need more rain (and had some flooding associated with Fred this week) could be a serious problem.

This is a big tourist season in some of those areas, too, as NWS Taunton recognizes:

If you are a visitor, know the name of the county in which you are
located and where it is relative to current watches and warnings. If
staying at a hotel, ask the management staff about their onsite
disaster plan. Listen for evacuation orders, especially pertaining to
area visitors.

Hope the track doesn't move farther west and bring this flooding into northern New England. There's a dam problem that could make things even worse. Fortunately, there's also a network of flood-control dams up there, built after such storms caused disasters in the past.

Wish Henri had stuck with doing donuts in the Atlantic.

Storm Surge Warnings are up for Long Island, Connecticut, Rhode Island, and the southern coast of Massachusetts. Coastal flooding could be a major problem.
