@Mike S pointed put me that today is our one year mark of relaunching the forum. We’ve had some fun with the weather, sports and politics this past year.
As a way of saying thank you for your trust in handling TalkWeather I drove to Ardmore, TN this afternoon (currently posting from a Taco Bell/KFC) and purchased MegaMillions ticket for tonight’s drawing and everyone that posts in this thread becomes a part of our team. I even splurged and made it two draws and added the multiplier.
So the rules are simple. Each member that posts anything in this thread will be entered into the group for tonight’s drawing. If we win more than $1000 we each get an even split of the pot. Anything under $1000 goes into the TW general fund. Cut off for tonight’s entries will be 10:00pm central time. All posts are time stamped and the TW timestamp will serve as the official clock. One entry per member and duplicate accounts are not allowed. As holder of the ticket, I reserve the right to make all decisions related to how the winnings are redeemed.
If we don’t win, another thread will be started sometime this weekend and we start over from scratch.
