I know there's people in here that like this medium of entertainment, pop on in and discuss.

If they'res another thread cancel this one, don't think I saw another.

The renowned attack on Titan final season to finish the story premiers tonight in Japan. I've been waiting a year for this

Far as manga/anime goes I don't have too much to contribute to the discussion, other than me having a few AKB48 songs in my music collection for some reason (hey, J-pop beats the hell out of rap and modern country music! :D)

That considered, it's funny to look back and remember that in middle school I HATED anime; thankfully, during my freshman and sophomore years I had a close friend who was really into anime and that taught me to be more respectful of the things other people enjoy (I'm also pretty indifferent/neutral regarding anime these days). But I wonder what my past self would think of me if he saw my music collection...

Not a big gamer either but despite me being only 20 I LOVE 90's MS-DOS and early Windows games, with Stunts and DOOM being some of my favorite games of all time. Regarding more recent games I enjoy titles like Tornado Jockey, Marble Blast Gold, PAYDAY and have learned Hammer Editor to make maps for Garry's Mod.

Hahah my man is making maps for gmod. I used to do that back around 2005-2012, only a couple for gmod but quite a bit for counter-strike source. Hammer is quite a remarkable tool, if only it had func_vehicle still.

Never Considered doing Gmod stuff, more so a console guy, I love the original source game (Half life). no telling how many times I played it. Not sure if system shock counts as a early windows game but I enjoy watching playthroughs/walkthroughs of it.

This is one of the funniest memories of Gmod stuff I have in my memory.

When I get the time and motivation to touch Hammer again I have to remake gm_municipalairport... because your first map always sucks ;)

The original System Shock is an MS-DOS game which was ported to Windows 9x later, so I'd count it as a DOS game. Either way, never played it - but when I think of early Windows games I think of SkiFree, JezzBall, Glider and SimCity 2000 among others.

Speaking of old Windows computers, I picked up a Compaq Contura 3/25 that is now undergoing my repairs - the CCFL tube went bad and subsequently fried the LCD inverter board, which is always nice...

Not a big console guy myself, but I do have a Wii U and two GBA systems along with games.

What gba games did you play? Metroid? Pokemon?
I grew up hovering over my brother's shoulder while he played Pokemon emerald lol

Have quite a few games in my collection still, but the one I have the most fond memories of is easily Super Mario Advance 2. Also had bootleg copies of Over the Hedge: Hammy Goes Nuts and Pokemon Sapphire, and even back then was always confused as to why they wouldn't retain save files...

Some games I've acquired more recently are Top Gun: Firestorm Advance and Rocky, both of which are decent enough games - although nothing beats the PS2 version as far as Rocky goes!

I loved the super Mario advance games, my favorites where Metroid fusion and zero mission along with Pokemon emerald to this day I still play stupid rom hacks of that game.
