Oh boy, that's my area. And would you look at that. I'm starting to get a little concerned for the area just SW of jax.

Yeah, looks like i'll be chasing tomorrow. Looking like some prefrontals near the WF near jacksonville. Mid-levels are trash so supercell structures will likely be transient at times, but the low levels are juiced out. My too early target is starke atm which is only an hour away but i'm thinking that might change. Will definitely need to adjust west/east based on where the forcing is.

Just glancing at the composite radar, looks like junk rain/cloud cover may interfere with today's threat. Could always still be a spin-up or two, but I don't see it overachieving the slight/5%.

Well, not much happened on the tornado front, but i got to see a beautiful mini-supercell and meet a couple cool chasers in my area...overall I'd call this chase a mild success. It cost me 5 hours of my Saturday and not even half a tank of gas. That was fun. and for a storm this tiny, it looked great for a while there. Seeing this for a few hours and $20 in gas, plus meeting some cool people, made this 100% worth it. NE FL can be okay after all.
