Tropical Storm Elsa

I mean it is Florida.... a Florida man once said... expect the unexpected

Also.. NHC has called this one well...

It is a weird season already. Claudette restrengthened into a tropical storm while over North Carolina before exiting into the Atlantic.
 
Observed tornado in Camden Co., GA. Despite the warning population number, this should stay over mostly unpopulated salt marsh for the time being.
