On this morning may we remember Christ Jesus as he was prepared for the cross. That he knew that he would be found innocent but yet put to death and ultimately He removed the condemnation of our sins from us. For Christ died for sins once and for all, a good man on behalf of sinners, in order to lead you to God. He was put to death physically, but made alive spiritually (1 Peter 3:18) and while being put to death physically, he uttered “It is finished!” Then he bowed his head and gave up his spirit. (John 19:30)
Thank you Lord for your forgiveness and Giving your Only Son to remove the condemnation of our sins, that when we believe in Christ Jesus and give our lives over to you, that we shall now feel your joy and your blessings. The death of one saved us all. Amen.
