Over the past few weeks, we noticed that the service we use to push out e-mail notifications and account verifications had started to have more failures than acceptable. Over the weekend, working with our family-owned hosting partner HostSDG, we implemented a change to a new outbound e-mail provider and the associated changes needed to ensure that our mail isn't marked as spam.
We haven't seen any errors in our testing and over the weekend, we would love you to let us know if you have noticed anything different or encounter any issues with your TW mail going to Spam.
