President Trump held a brief press conference with King Abdullah of Jordan, where he condemned the gas attack in Syria and called Jordan a “strong partner” in the fight against global terrorism.
The White House also changed the make-up of the National Security Council, removing senior advisor Stephen Bannon and adding General Joseph Dunford, chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff and Dan Coats, the director of National Intelligence.
