3 tor warned cells in N.C. lined up after one another basically following the same path.

The meteorological term for storms following one another (following the same path) is “training” one another. But, I don’t often see that term used.

This is the second tor warning for Charlotte in last 90 minutes. Tough night for the city. I think both cells were radar indicated only. Don’t know if there has been any ground verification.
