Not trying to be one of "those" NWS bashers, but come on LZK... debris signature has been there for several scans, and still no upgrade to TORR with the latest update to the warning. Sure, what's on the ground might not be the strongest tornado, but if something is on the ground the warning needs to be upgraded, regardless of intensity. Seems like a big mistake at best, and carelessness or even negligence at worst.
