I suspect it's been on the ground for a long time and has caused major damage and only now did a meso handoff.

Someone took this photo in Bourbon Indiana (town is in northern Indiana) of a possible tornado. This was from a line of thunderstorms from earlier tonight. Did here of damage in downtown, but definitely not to this extent. I'm very skeptical on if this is an actual tornado or not. Did not see a CC drop on radar.

It was confirmed by spotters for a long time while it was in SW AR, I'm guessing you're correct.
