82 in Pontotoc with a dew point of 70. Wind is blowing, sky's starting to clear a bit...i can see a couple of showers trying to develop around Meridian.

Been looking at it for a while, they're really struggling. One briefly reached 30kft echo tops but is now beginning to fizzle out. Still a while until we get proper discrete convection.
80% likely on that potential Tornado Watch in the dead center of the High Risk area is so on point for this event so far

I'm more worried about any storms that can develop out away from the high risk. Could catch folks off guard.

Yup. I'm not surprised. I wouldn't be surprised either if some gusts to 50 have happened here in the last few minutes.

Just saw that in a few of the PDS Flood Watches, they specifically mention that "generational flooding" is possible...yikes.

... i could of swore most models had a squall line keep living... but it looks like it all broke apart....
i have a bad feeling , there's not much (mess) in the way now.
