He left it up to Barr and Rosenstein. And they together agreed no criminal intent was there. Done. You were played by the MSM for two years. Honestly, they should be yanked off the air for incompetence.

It wouldn’t require a mutilation. Just a very pro executive power interpretation.

Mueller should face questions from the house and senate and we should see as much of his report as can be done safely.

Mueller wanted to find something on Trump in the worst kind of way. Look at who he hired to conduct the investigation. Even with a biased group of investigators he came up empty. Accept the fact you were lied to and misled.

Who was i lied to by? The meetings with Russians happened, the sharing of polling data happened. That came from Mueller’s own indictments. That to me is collusion. It may not be prosecutable, but it’s shady.

Mueller was doing a job by the letter of the law. I have no reason to not trust in him and the work he performed.

I think the investigations he handed off to other districts was the master stroke of the entire investigation.

If it aired on CNN or MSNBC you believed it and parroted it as truth. You should be ashamed and be in condemnation of those networks that pushed this narrative. And they also ignored the positive accomplishments of this presidency. They should shut themselves down! If they had any honor they would admonish themselves. I don't expect that to happen.

I thought a oresident’s misconduct had to be evaluated by Congress in order to judge whether or not it is a high crime or misdemeanor.

I understand it may take weeks to see the complete report due to the need for redactions.

I think the word skew is better suited than mutilate. You think Barr would be fair and unbiased when it comes to the man who hired him to be the highest law official in the country? You think Eric Holder or Lorretta Lynch would be fair and unbiased with any negative findings against Obama or paint the rosiest picture possible for him? Like I said... put Mueller in front of a microphone and cameras and let him talk under oath. Let him remove all doubt.

In an impeachment proceeding, yes. If Articles of Impeachment were brought it would be up to the House to indict the President and then he would be judged by the Senate.

Here, an obstruction of justice indictment would be for an actual criminal proceeding. Seeking an indictment and charging someone with obstruction of justice is done by DOJ prosecutors.

Barr enjoys the same reputation in D.C. that Mueller does. Above reproach. And yes I expect he was and will be unbiased. Lynch and Holder have demonstrated by their actions they are not to be trusted.

Okay, so you think Mueller is quietly sitting back and letting Barr skew his two-year investigation? I think people have let reason take a holiday. He would not. And it's absurd to even think he would.

The grasping for straws by some folks in this thread to justify their hate for Trump only invalidates what they say in the future. Sort of the way people blindly defend him as well.
