That and the cells to the south and west are in prime real estate currently. Only getting stronger.

For now it doesn't look super conducive to tornadogenesis (hitting wood with a baseball bat aggressively), but it's got a good environment, it's up against an instability boundary and it's on a notorious track.

Agreed. It has nothing but clear air right now.
 
Looks like Rolling Fork storm is trying to hook
