Good Evening Everyone!

I have a couple of questions, that I hope and pray that at least one of you here might be able to point me in the right direction, anyway!

My first problem is with; "SimuAWIPS Version; 7.8.2 through Creative Cloud.... I am no longer receiving the audio <ding> that use to always <ding> anytime there was a Watch, Warning, or other weather Alert that I had it programmed, to <ding> audibally, to be sure and catch my attention! It still shows the Watch/Warning/Advisory graphics, as always. It just doesn't <ding> for you to hear it, on your computer anymore!

I've checked the "Tools" option, that scrolls down to; "Options" and ten selected the "Sound" tab and made sure that the volume was turned up, along with making sure that the audio on my computer itself is on and up too!

I have NO idea how this happened, but I do know that a number of you use this popular system and so I thought I's post my problems here, in the homes that someone MIGHT be able to help me out!

Working in Radio Meteorology, I don't have a building full of interns to help me, and this software's previous <ding? that it always USE to <ding> for what it was programmed to <ding> for, was VERY helpful for me!!!

Any and all help, suggestions, or ideas will be greatly appreciated!!!

Thanks for your attention,

Bobby

Hmm that is odd. I know when they were rolling out updates in May they were telling everyone to clear their cache over and over again to make sure you had the latest build in your cache. That is about the only suggestion I can come up with. Might have to contact them directly.
