My wife asked where the coverage went on the weather channel. she just got in from working at a retirement/rehab place and wanted to hear about the Manette Manor. I've been telling her about the storm all evening at work and she wanted to see coverage. I told her the is an example of the TWC also known as the C_OPN - Commercial/Original Programming NetworkTWC is showing a tv show when there's an EF4+ tornado occuring? What.
Maybe some of this junk convection around it will cut off the inflow.
Yeah I'm worried it'll just cycle and put down another one. Might be wishful thinking to say this will actually kill it off, unfortunately.Hopefully so, it's the first time it has really had to deal with any. First time in a couple hours the velocity looks a bit messy. Might just be cycling again though.
It looked like it cycled while it was in Tennessee and then reformed in Kentucky, but we'll have to wait for the surveys to be sure. Either way, an absolutely incredible storm. Producing a violent tornado almost non-stop for >3 hours...
Tri-state might be going down. The EF-5 streak might be danger as well.
Bham has added Tuscaloosa & Bibb to the Wind Advisory.....not that thats the big story here.Looking at tomorrow, I think the low level shear is going to increase enough to cause some issues with a qlcs or some discrete cells in north/central Alabama.

65 miles from the Louisville radar site.
Is this real?Right when you think it might finally be running out of steam...
