It also isn't a linear scale. Each categorical upgrade is a statistical doubling of the threat.More people need to realize that a moderate or even an enhanced risk can still absolutely be a very serious situation. For whatever it's worth the Joplin and 2013 Moore tornadoes were both "only" in 10% hatched risk areas.

it appears to be going more cellular.These aren't gonna be weak QLCS spinups; spinups they may be but we will see EF3s out of it before this is over
