This. Even with all the junk convection the Oregon storm still put down what appears to be a significant tornado. Can only imagine there would have been many more.

The MS cells just look like hailers no me. No organized rotation.

Kinda supports what I'm seeing in the mid levels. The southern storm is definitely more interesting, but its pretty weak rotation in the mid levels.

What setting are you using to check the mid levels?
